S+GEFINDERS EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
Sage’s Human Resources stepped up its game to increase awareness to its employee referral program with a new and exciting internal office campaign to elevate the program’s visibility. The campaign included the design of a “S+geFinders” logo, branded luggage tags for rewards travel, and a system of posters produced in-house to promote the program. As part of the work, D&CO created all campaign elements, including the tagline “It Can’t Happen Without You,” messaging headlines, and candid employee photographs.
S+geFinders is a company-wide, internal effort to find the people who will continue to build the company’s success.
Finders Keepers highlights the rewards incentive program—find the employee, keep the reward! It’s a win-win for Sage, it’s employees, and the company-wide effort to “Find the Next Sagean.”
Working closely with Sage HR, D&CO developed the program launch and step-by-step plan rollout. The system of digitally-printed posters advertised current job openings, high-profile job opportunities or “Hot Jobs,” and travel destinations that were part of a rewards raffle.
The purpose of the hiring campaign: To hire passionate people who do incredibly important work.
